Guest guest
Hi Rose, Sorry to hear you're in pain. I personally have had great success going to a chiropractor for a pinched nerve. It'd be the first course of treatment I'd seek for anything like that again. I also know many family members and relatives who've gone to Chiropractors with great results Feel better! Maybe soaking in a nice warm bath would ease your pain and muscle tenseness in the meantime ... *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com Rosalie Shelton [rosalies] Thursday, September 11, 2003 5:01 PM Re: I'm Back, I think :-) Hello, I have a couple of pinched nerves in my neck. Does anyone think a Chiropractor is a good Idea? I was scared because I have a friend that was taking his daily walk and he became paralyzed, falling to the pavement. He had to have surgery to build new cartiledge between the vertebraes and now he's doing OK. I am all tensed up and I am almost afraid to move. My shoulder is immobilized in a sling because of an accident and spurring too. The accident aggrevated the problems I originally had. Any suggerstions? Thanks so much, Rose

Very often before " cracking " a neck or doing an adjustment, You could get 20 minutes of hot packs, 20 minutes of electrode stimulation, and 45 minutes of massage. Think relaxed, an adjustment on one who is tense is far more difficult that on someone who is a puddle, oh I mean relaxed. Think positive.
