It's not that tough escept for double and triple sinks requirement which can be expensive. The rest is OK, tile floors, herbs 6 inches off the ground etc... It's basically up to the local government to enforce and you may or may not be able to " fly under the radar " for a while depending on how sharp the authorities are.
