helichrysum- decongestant?

Since I posted what I used the helichrysum for its refered to as a

decongestant, I would consider what it a expectorant since it

brought up the phlem?

Or is their no difference? because I did use it for my daughter who

has allergies and gets a stuffy nose and it cleared that up, but she

didn't expell anything.

I read somewhere to put a drop on your chest before taking a shower

for allergy and asthma suffers, thats why I did that, I have been

looking for that article and can't find it.
