Guest guest Posted August 27, 2003 Report Share Posted August 27, 2003 Hi Cindy, I've recently started a policy of sellers registering their various contact info with me, but that wasn't until very recently I started that (actually it was in part prompted by my attention being called to this particular problem). I do suggest that anyone having used PayPal to pay for their purchase can contact them about this as she is a verified member and they have a recovery assistance program for buyers. I can tell you that as of writing this she is still a member on the list (mnelson)receiving individual e-mails and isn't listed as bouncing. Someone here mentioned hearing she was bitten by a brown recluse spider ... Sorry that at the moment I can't be of more assistance. I am trying my best to put in place a few safety nets so that a problem such as this won't arise again (whether it is just a case of someone being ill but nobody having the proper contact info to find out for sure, or otherwise).
