Guest guest
This is a nourishing herb tea recipe that is also relaxing and has an enjoyable taste.... 1 cup raspberry leaf 1 cup nettle leaf 1 cup oatstraw 1/2 cup rosehips 1/2 cup lemon balm 1/2 cup alfalfa 1/4 cup spearmint 1/4 cup red clover This makes up 5 cups. Mix together, add 1-2 tbles in cup, pour boiling water over tea and let sit for 4 hours. Letting it sit that long allows the water to absorbs all those wonderful nutrients. Can also put into tea bags for convenience of use, but will need to grind up finer. For personal use I tend to leave tea a little course Personally, Dandelion and burdock I prefer as a tincture. Peppermint is also a bit strong for my taste and can interfere with other medications. Homeopathic.. The linden blossoms sounds like an nice addition and will try it the next time I make up a batch. Thank you. Karleen
