Guest guest
Hey Smilin' Effie, Nancy .. other good folks. > Yo Butch: > > Welcome to the good ol' US of A. Thankee m'am .. like somebody that few remember once said .. a lady by the name of Minnie Pearl .. " I'm so proud to be hy'ar. " ;-p > Hope your trip went without a hitch. It was fine .. got detoured to the Munich airport instead of the Frankfurt airport .. but that is a blessing as its nicer and they have a transit section where one doesn't have to go through the hassle of inspections common to Frankfurt. I'm trying to learn the spacing on this email system I'm using now. Its different than the one back home and though I'm not getting any return copies of posts I make with this address (not sure why) they are making it to the archieve and I would guess that what y'all read in the last one was way out of whack with shortened lines, etc. I can't use my Turkish account as its down now. > Blessings and love, > Smilin Effie And to you. :-) Butch http://www.AV-AT.com > Dear Butch, > Sounds a little like heaven. LOL Its nice fer'shur. The old folks who live here (some in their 90s) say that the area hasn't changed much in their lifetime except for the construction of Highway 68 (National Freeway) which runs a mile or so outside of town. > Its good to be able to relax. Fer'shur on that. You can hear a cat fart at midnight here. ;-p > Yes the history cahnnel is great. This entire week was great .. Modern Miracles is super. > I watch the Animal Planet on weekends. I like that too .. but can't get loose of the History Channel until they run through the programs scheduled and so far I've not seen any repeats. > Have seen several things we are learning in school on > there. Its a gud'un fer'shur .. and I like the Discovery Channel. I guess many Americans take quality TV for granted .. they need to live outside the USA a while to appreciate it. Of course, in Turkey I am a readaholic but there's nothing like seeing a well put together documentary. > Glad your back with us. > Nancy Thankee m'am .. appreciate it fer'shur. :-) Butch

Towns around me are growing fast, thankfully I still in the country, its growning also. Have to now wait for a car or 2 to pass to get to the main road. > Its good to be able to relax. They just don't make them like they us to. > I watch the Animal Planet on weekends.
