You decide if you want to keep, delete, or bounce each post by (ignore and not check any square)keep, check the delete box to delete (just that post), or if you check bounce, it will delete, then return it to the sender and will blacklist that sender so you should no longer receive posts from that sender. After you have checked thru all your new posts, hit process mail and it will send it to OE or whatever your e-mail program is. MailWasher is freeware. Do a google search for it.
