But if you look at the picture of the pizza it's not covered with cheese

which probably makes it healthier than the American version. But it's something

to hold on to especially when I get a piece of tiramsu after the pizza. ;-)

LOL I was hoping no one would notice that. Italian pizza is a little different

than american pizza. But hey, all we need is that little bit of evidence and we

can run with it. LOL

Greetings People

This reminds me. I use nori and pesto on my thin crust

pizza.

Greetings People:

I'd go out on a limb and say for sure pizza will NOT

prevent cancer. In some cases, I'd even say it'll

CAUSE cancer.

IMHO nothing really causes or prevents cancer rather

it is the sum of everything you do and what has been

done to you that will or will not result in cancer.

Many studies claim this or that will have this effect

or that effect on cancer - but you have to see the

whole study, the population group and other factors

before you can make some assumption about the study

and still you will not know if the study findings are

correct because there has to be a correlation. With

studies it just statistics or odds, so it's a dice

toss. Just like the smoking issue. Does it cause

cancer? In some people yes, in others no.

But don't stop eating pizza because it will do this or

that. Balance is key. Sometimes.

Jim,

I sure agree with you. I have been a heavy smoker for 50 years.

In the last couple of years, I have had 2 Dr's tell me I have

the lungs of a non smoke. As I use to have problems, only thing

I can think of is all the wonderful EO's I defuse.

Believe it is a toss of the dice. My mother was the only one

in the family that didn't smoke. It never bothered her

to be around the second hand smoke. Of course she was happy to find

my cigarettes. For the first years they were given to me.
