Sounds interesting, but if it's not an EO, what is it and where would I look for something like it? You've got me curious. Another question, while I'm at it - does anyone have suggestions for a really basic, simple book on aromatherapy I could include along with the aroma lamp and oils? Something appropriate for a soon to be 17 yr old, that might spark her interest, or at least not bore her to tears with really in depth information or excessive chemistry, etc. (I happen to find chemistry fascinating, but I know she doesn't!) -- Sherri " Your body is not a temple, it's an amusement park. Guest guest
A simple beginner's book would be The Essential Oil Book by Colleen Dolt. It's simple, easy to read, and contains recipes. Of course, it's not a super research book with up-to-date information, but it may get her on the way... j Another question, while I'm at it - does anyone have suggestions for a really basic, simple book on aromatherapy I could include along with the aroma lamp and oils? Guest guest
Sherri, Red Rasbury Seed is a carrier oil. Try finding it where someone sells carrier oils.
