Guest guest
Hi Butch: Now, that was really nice to hear about the gentleman who wound up paying you as soon as he had obtained his own credit card. Yes, it is nice, really nice to hear this . It certainly " does " renew the faith in mankind. Glad you sent this one for sure. Jenn --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Guest guest
Hey Sandi, > Butch, > I recall you saying some time back that you have some of the greatest > customers around! This just goes to prove that your instincts are > great. Yep .. I still feel that way .. and I know what they are gonna do in most cases .. know how long to wait afore the next change comes in and such. ;-p > You could have elected to not send him the oil and you would not have > had this experience to brighten an otherwise pissy day. > Sandi Right you are and glad I did. But I'm hard pressed to tell someone they can't have some piddly order cause of issues like that. The feller says the 10 ml bottle of Oregano he got took care of his problems .. and it only cost me $3.80 to send it via Letter Mail so it wouldn't been a big deal if he couldn't pay. Not having a CC in Serbia is not unusual .. most folks there are still trying to get by as best they can. Y'all keep smiling. :-) Butch http://www.AV-AT.com
Guest guest
Yo Butch: Just a little behind on my emails but thanks for sharing your experience. Sure would be nice if there was more of that throughout our world. This was certainly better than nothing. I have seen news clips on how people live in other countries and it makes me feel like a millionaire. Have what I need--it is all those wants that get me in trouble (ha, ha).
