Does anyone have any suggestions as to a blend of oils to use as an insect

repellant? What could one use as a base/carrier so that this could be sprayed

on animals (horses)? Obviously catnip oil would be one choice because of all

the horrible mosquito borne diseases abounding, but what could be added to this?
