Ad Day: Changes/Items Not Yet Posted to the Site

Hi y'all,

 

I'm somewhere betwixt overworked and lazy .. but below are some of the

changes/additions not yet posted to the Retail portion of my Site at

http://www.AV-AT.com/prices.html

 

Though they are not on the site or the Shopping Cart .. they can be

ordered via email.

 

The number of countries outside the USA in which we have customers is

now 56 .. the latest being Serbia & Montenegro. :-P Probably two more

will be added soon. This'll be reflected in the wholesale site update.

 

We are out of Early Harvest Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. I had hoped to ship

some already .. but due to conditions beyond my control that was not

possible. I hope to have more in late summer.

 

We are out of Rose Hydrosol. Will have some in in late July. Putting a

lotta folks on Back Order .. so lemme know if you wanna be on the list.

 

CHANGES:

 

Dates of Production of some oils will change:

 

Chamomile, German: On the retail site its listed as 08/00 .. but the

oil now offered is 08/02 .. this year's crop and distillation.

 

Chaste Tree (All): On the retail site its listed as 09/00 .. but the

oil (both Leaf and Fruit) now offered is 10/02.

 

Cumin Seed: On the retail site its listed as 03/99 .. but the oil now

offered is 06/02.

 

Helichrysum: On the retail site its listed as 07/01 .. but the oil now

offered is 07/02.

 

Laurel, Bay: On the retail site its listed as 04/99 .. but the oil now

offered is 10/02.

 

Some other incoming oils will have later production dates.

 

Lemon (shown on the wholesale site as Organic Italy) is now Certified

Organic USA.

 

Geranium: On the site it is shown as Geranium .. Origin China .. but

the oil now offered is Geranium, Bourbon .. Origin Reunion.

 

Lavandin: On the site it is shown as Abrialis .. but the oil now

offered is Lavandula Grosso.

 

NEW OILS:

 

Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) is considered Highest Quality Italian.

The Retail price will be $6.87 for 20 ml.

 

Blood Orange (Citrus sinensis) Organic from Italy.

The Retail price will be $6.48 for 20 ml.

 

Carrot Seed (Daucas carota) Organic from France ..

The Retail price will be $6.53 for 10 ml and $10.72 for 20 ml.

 

Catnip (Nepeta cataria)

 

There are two types .. the American just requires a stronger dilution:

 

American ..... 40-50% Nepetalactone

Canadian ..... 80-90% Nepetalactone

 

Retail prices are below .. wholesale prices are on the site now.

 

10 ml .. American ..... 40-50% Nepetalactone ... $ 6.49

20 ml .. American ..... 40-50% Nepetalactone ... $11.39

 

10 ml .. Canadian ..... 80-90% Nepetalactone ... $ 8.8

20 ml .. Canadian ..... 80-90% Nepetalactone ... $15.54

 

We are not offering the American Catnip Wholesale now. People want the

Canadian as it takes less to do the job and they are really getting more

bang for the buck. The American requires a 9-10% dilution .. Canadian

does the job at 5% .. and its not double the price of the American.

When the small amount of American Catnip is gone, we will not offer it

in Retail.

 

There are two theories as to why a mosquito repellent repells. One is

that they don't like the odor .. the other is that it merely masks our

odor so they don't hone in on us. Many people choose to wear it on

their clothing rather than their skin. They choose to use Fractionated

Coconut as a carrier as it will not stain. Any carrier will work .. but

it should be diluted .. no need to use more when a tad will do the job.

 

This Catnip oil has been worn by one young fellow on a safari to the

Amazon. His sister gave a testimonal for it on one of the AT lists.

He was NOT bothered by skeeters. ;-p

 

 

Coco (Chocolate) Absolute (Theobroma cacao) from Egypt.

The Retail price will be

$ 9.90 .. 10 ml

$ 17.33 .. 20 ml

 

I just received an email from a customer .. who wrote:

I told'em thankee cause I thought it was only good for perfumers. ;-p

 

Eucalyptus, Gully Gum (Eucalyptus smithii) Organic from Australia ..

The Retail price will be $5.56 for 20 ml.

 

Eucalyptus, Peppermint (E. radiata) Organic from Australia ..

The Retail price will be $5.46 for 20 ml.

 

Mandarin, Red (Citrus deliciosa) Organic from Italy..

Retail and Wholesale prices are the same as for the Mandarin, Green

which is already on the site.

 

There will be 4 others .. they're not priced yet as I don't have all the

shipping charges in.
