I've had floral waxes from different producers...some are very lovely and aromatic, others are...well, they absolutely wreak of solvent... they are sometimes used by soapers, toiletries makers, and candle makers to add the aroma of the aromatic at lower cost... they dont, to my nose, smell as good as the absolute...I can still detect the solvent, even in the best quality ones... they are, in theory, available for any absolute..but it's hard to source them. The biggest producers usually have huge corporate accounts that will take all they can make... I know I've had producers that will sell me the absolutes they make, but not let me buy the waxes...they are presold...go figger...
