Guest guest
Now, folks, doesn't this sound good. mjh 3 cups shredded unsweetened coconut 2 cups chopped nuts 1 cup grounf flax seed 1 cup Lewis labs brewers yeast 1 cup toasted wheat germ mix together and add 4 cups liquified coconut oil (just liquify-not hot) spread in jelly roll pan and put in refrigerator to set. I line the pan with plastic wrap to facilitate ease in removing. Melt together 1/4 cup each semi-sweet chocolate and coconut oil and spread over top. Chill and score into 60 pieces. It will break easily at the score lines and store in plastic bags for 60 1 Tablespoon bites of coconut oil. Sinfully delicious and sinfully healthy. I use Lewis Labs yeast because it tastes so good. I don't know about other brands. My husband has had inherited essential tremors for 40 plus years and after 1 bite they disapeared. I know this sounds unbelievable. We find it equally hard to believe. Bev
