Now, folks, doesn't this sound good.

mjh

3 cups shredded unsweetened coconut

2 cups chopped nuts

1 cup grounf flax seed

1 cup Lewis labs brewers yeast

1 cup toasted wheat germ

mix together and

add 4 cups liquified coconut oil (just liquify-not hot)

spread in jelly roll pan and put in refrigerator to set. I line the pan with

plastic wrap to facilitate ease in removing.

Melt together 1/4 cup each

semi-sweet chocolate and coconut oil and spread over top.

Chill and score into 60 pieces.

It will break easily at the score lines and store in plastic

bags for 60 1 Tablespoon bites of coconut oil. Sinfully delicious and

sinfully healthy.

I use Lewis Labs yeast because it tastes so good. I don't

know about other brands. My husband has had inherited essential tremors for

40 plus years and after 1 bite they disapeared. I know this sounds

unbelievable. We find it equally hard to believe. Bev

what kind of nuts do you use?

It has an inordinate amount of fat in it!

But it does sound sinfully delicious!

I have most of those ingredients on hand.
