Guest guest
Hi. I'm new to the list - I'm a soapmaker who uses EOs exclusively to fragrance soap and lotion sticks (I refuse to use synthetic preservatives, either) and am considering branching out a bit. I have some knowledge about aromatherapy, but don't consider myself well versed enough to do too much in that area yet. I hope to be able to take a course at some point in the future. I've lurked for a couple of days and there seem to be some quite knowledgeable folks here, so I'd like to throw out a question. I'm thinking about making some perfume oils (and perhaps an insect repelling oil) but I'm not sure what ratio of EO to carrier oil to use. I'm thinking that a perfume oil would have a higher concentration of EO than a massage oil would, but haven't really found any useful guidelines. Of course, I'd only be using skin friendly oils . . . I'd welcome and will appreciate any suggestions in this area. Thanks bunches . . . I'm looking forward to learning a lot from this list. rox ______________ The best thing to hit the internet in years - Juno SpeedBand! Surf the web up to FIVE TIMES FASTER!
