Guest guest
Hi Does anyone have a recipe for reducing annoying little spots in a rash? there are red and slightly raised which itch like hell and look a bit unsightly!! i currently use Bergamot, Lavender and Tea Tree in Grapeseed. Also when it starts to fade i am left with reddish/purple patches, any suggestions for getting rid of that? they last 3/4 weeks. Anyway any help would be appreciated Vicki

Meaning it will cause a skin reaction when exposed to sunlight. So if you have a rash already this could irritate it more that is if the oil is expressed and is not rectified (trade name FCF free). For rashes, I have had luck with a comfrey salve with a little tea tree oil added. Green Blessings Patty Corapi

I make my own comfrey salve. I do use dried root to make infused oil. Where I live doesn't give me an option to grow stuff. Plus I'm not the greatest gardener in the world. I actually managed to kill a cactus garden. But that's another story. I make the infused oil in the crock pot. Strain and mix with beeswax. Amount of beeswax depends on how hard or soft you want it. I usually make this one a little looser than must salves as I might be putting on irritated area. I add the tea tree oil and vitamin E after I have removed from heat and let cool just a touch. I don't want to add oil when it's too hot, but still want to be put stirrable and pourable. I would imagine you can buy some at local shop or I can sell you some if you want to buy. Good luck Green Blessings Patty Corapi
