Hi Everyone,

I have been using my computer a lot lately doing

up flyers and brochures for an upcoming Stone

Massage Class that I am sponsoring.

Due to the repetive movements of the mouse (and

having it in the wrong place), my right arm

swelled up nicely right around my elbow. It also

hurt very very much.

In a 2 oz/60 ml bottle, I am using a blend of:

1/2 oz Emu oil

1 1/2 oz Sunflower Oil

1 Vitamin E Capsule Oil

2 Drops German Chamomile

2 Drops Helichrysum (Butch's from Corsica)

The swelling went down in approximately 4 hours,

the pain decreased within about 30 minutes and

after 3 days the pain and swelling are completely

gone.
