Hey to All,

 

Does anyone know of any methods to jump-start a

persons metabolism?

 

I am have been making some life changes which

include a change of eating habits. I have lost

22 lbs since January (it came off right away (6

weeks) due to changes), but have hit a plateau

for the past 3-4 months.

 

The only exercise I am able to do is walking and

I do a lot of it because I love it.

 

I am watching what I eat and getting plenty of

exercise but seem tired, listless etc. So I

thought maybe my metabolism has gotten sluggish.

 

Any ideas?
