Or is it? Methinks this is the oil of Laurus nobilis seeds .. its not distilled but rather boiled in a big vat then the oil is scrapped off the top. Turkey sells metric tons of it .. lots of metric tons. One of my buddies sold three 40' containers of it to a Japanese soap company. I mentioned it once on a soap list .. some folks were familar with it and gave the sap values and all that other good stuff about soaping which I know nothing about .. according to them it was finer'n frog hair split three ways. So I had some delivered to me from the producer .. had it GCd, etc. In a short time it began to solidify .. folks tell me this is a norm. To make a long story short .. I'm not gonna mess with selling it unless someone wants a container or two .. but I think that's what the goodies they speak of above is .. Bay Laurel Seed Oil.
