Guest guest
I made some today sans cayenne peppers (I don't have any). So we will see how it turns out. Guest guest
I may have mentioned before, that I strain the recipe through a cheese cloth and wring it dry. The pulp is fine to ingest, but it's not really palatable to me. Just be sure to shake the finished formula well before you use it. My last batch was so strong that I have to dilute it in a bit of water to take medicinally (or I could add more vinegar). Also you can use powdered cayenne, I do, and add it last. I keep mine in the fridge. I need to find fresh horseradish root, that's my missing ingredient.... cures what ails ya! > > www.curezone.com/schulze/handbook/supertonic.asp Diana of DH I made some today sans cayenne peppers (I don't have any). Guest guest
Diana, I don't know where you are from but we found horseradish root at our local Asian grocery store. That and ginger root too. We planted them and (with our black thumb- because once you get them going they are supposed to be like a weed) they died so we bought more to plant and I used them -- shhh don't tell dh LOL. I will add some cayenne pepper powder to mine then. I'll probably end up diluting mine. Sure cleared my sinuses out making it! I'd try it but I know it won't work. Hubby is not a big fan of garlic, and my " potion " has a whole head in it. His first reaction when he smells it cooking is " EWWWWW " . But you know, with a little tweaking of ingredient amounts, it just might might a good salad dressing!
