Guest guest Posted March 29, 2003 Report Share Posted March 29, 2003 Hi Everyone, I really liked the idea of sending items to our service members but then when I read the post from Stacey about not being able to I was very disappointed. In a recent email from Lowe's, there was information about the USO and how they are able to send items to our troops. So we may still be able to help by each of us contacting the closest USO to find out how we can help. Here is the main USO site: http://www.uso.org/pubs/8_13_18.cfm From their main page they have a " Locationsy " where we can find out our closests organization. We may be able to contact the local VFW, American Legion, and other support organizations that are able to send items over there.
