If stored in a cool, dark place .. at least 6 months and maybe 8 .. if under Nitrogen Flush .. maybe more but I don't have personal experience with that as we don't Nitrogen Flush our Rose Hip Seed oil .. I buy in small lots of 10 kilos or so and get a new batch every couple of months. But if incorrectly stored .. Rose Hip Seed can oxidize or turn rancid in 3-4 months. And your nose will know it when it does. ;-p Rose Hip Seed oil is VERY therapeutic .. I have pages and pages of data written by other folks. Gotta new drink here in Turkey .. I love the nectar drinks, peach, pear and such .. now they have commercial Rose Hip Nectar and I tried it the first time this week .. good it is.
