" -Helen Glad you like it and thanks for saying so. I'm a bit partial to Linden Blossom too. Here in Turkey its called Ilhamur and we buy it loose in the Kuru Yemis (dry foods and nuts) stores. Ilhamur is to Turkish mamas what chicken soup is to Jewish mamas .. anybody in the family gets sick the Ilhamur tea pot goes on the stove. ;-p Lots of folks drink Herbal Teas iced in the USA .. but iced drinks in general are just catching on here in Turkey.
