I need to make one for a customer and one for daughter. Can anyone help me with what herbs to use, it would be so much appreciated! Guest guest Posted March 21, 2003 Report Share Posted March 21, 2003 Hi Starr Here is a small list of some " menstrual related " herbs (in no particular order): motherwort, chamomile, wild yam, oats, hops, skullcap leaves, ginger, lavender, st. john's wort, alfalfa, siberian ginseng, dong quai, black and blue cohash, red raspberry, chaste, red clover, peony, sarsaparilla, marigold, cramp bark ... How is the baby? How is Mom doing? I know sometimes we forget about Mom and how she is doing, I sure hope you are healing well and getting some sleep! Yep, menstrual cramps are no fun! I personally did a lot of spiritual work about " blood mysteries " for several years when I was younger, and after that amazingly enough my periods became a lot less painful. Wacky, huh? How is the baby? He is doing great! Sleeping at the moment How is Mom doing? I am doing so much better this time around, than after I had my first son. It was much easier, thank heavens.
