Hi Heather,

Regardless of what Suzanne Catty says in her book, I wouldn't use Myrtle

Hydrosol as a first choice .. I'd use Rose. Why she says there are four

that can be used and leaves Rose out in unknown .. as are some of things

in the book. But if I were going to use Myrtle .. I'd dilute it a bit

first time around to see how it felt. I know how Rose Hydrosol feels

straight .. good! And Rose Hydrosol is a SURE cure and a FAST cure for

conjunctivitis (Pink Eye) .. this is not hypothetic, I've given it to

folks and watched it disappear in 24 hours.

> Also must it be refrigerated?

Increases the shelf life it does.

> Also I read it is good for sinus also .. how would you use it in that

> way?

I'd gargle with it .. but if I had a bad sinus problem, I'd sniff

Oregano EO .. or Rosemary, Cineole EO.

Myrtle Hydrosol is good for respiratory problems .. anti-inflammatory

too it is .. but I can't be telling you folks to drink Hydrosols. ;-p

Lemme say that Myrtle Hydrosol and Oregano Hydrosol are routinely

consumed in Turkey .. they're like a health tonic to the Turks.

And .. ALL of my hydrosols are tested every 90 days .. last test was on

17 February 2003 .. analyst said they were are pure as the waters we

find on grocery shelves.

> Thanks
