Guest guest
Another post partum question. Anyone make their own sitz bath mixture? I've always gotten it premade from my midwives but now we're having a different midwife who doesn't carry any with her. I have the list of ingredients from the two mixtures my midwives have used, I just don't know how much of which (they've always bought it premade from a company too, so they're no help). I don't want to throw stuff together and have too much/little of anything. Any help? The ingredients from my favorite one are: comfrey leaf, uva ursi, german chamomile, shepherd's purse, lavender, sea salt, garlic, sage. The other one they use has: sage, uva ursi, yarrow, plantain, comfrey leaf & root, witch hazel, sea salt. -- <>< Erin HomeSchooling my Trio; 6 yo Entertainer, 5 yo Warrior, 3 yo Comedian Countdown to Sprout's Arrival: 4 weeks!
