Guest guest
I don't want to throw > stuff together and have too much/little of anything. Any help? > > The ingredients from my favorite one are: > comfrey leaf, uva ursi, german chamomile, shepherd's purse, lavender, > sea salt, garlic, sage. that one sounds nice- chamomile is such a wonderful healer. I think there is really no therapeutic reason for shepherds purse- although it is an hemostatic herb- it is only the fresh plant tincture that is effective- dried herb in a sitz bath just sounds good on the label! I would add yarrow for sure- and use your intuition while blending it- any amount and variation of any of these will be helpful( but Id personally go heavy on the Lavender and Yarrow!) Enjoy! Now I'll use your advice and substitute the Yarrow for the Shepherd's Purse. > I would add yarrow > for sure- and use your intuition while blending it- any amount and > variation > of any of these will be helpful( but Id personally go heavy on the > Lavender > and Yarrow!) I'll keep that in mind while mixing it. Thanks for your help! -- <>< Erin HomeSchooling my Trio; 6 yo Entertainer, 5 yo Warrior, 3 yo Comedian Countdown to Sprout's Arrival: 4 weeks!
