that one sounds nice- chamomile is such a wonderful healer. I think there is

really no therapeutic reason for shepherds purse- although it is an

hemostatic herb- it is only the fresh plant tincture that is effective-

dried herb in a sitz bath just sounds good on the label! I would add yarrow

for sure- and use your intuition while blending it- any amount and variation

of any of these will be helpful( but Id personally go heavy on the Lavender

and Yarrow!)

I couldn't think of a reason to put Shepherd's Purse in there either so

I was going to leave that one out. Now I'll use your advice and

substitute the Yarrow for the Shepherd's Purse.

I'll keep that in mind while mixing it. Thanks for your help!
