Folded oils are oils (usually citrus) that have been redistilled to

remove chemicals, usually monoterpenes, to make the oil more desirable

for the flavouring industry. Though they have some value in stay on the

skin type cosmetic products, they have no use in aromatherapy because

they are not natural - they've been manipulated by man.
