Bay Leaf (Laurus nobilis)

I realize this is probably a naieve question.... but what can you do with

hydrosol? I know what it is but don't know how to use it.

There's a tour here every year .. Rose Pilgrimmage To Turkey its called,

and also .. Aromatic Odyssey. Its put on by the AromaTour folks in Oz

But .. many folks just show up. Turkey is one heckuva well-kept secret.

A week in a 5-Star Hotel on the Med Coast .. full board with great food,

will cost less than a week in a Motel 6 and chow at McDonalds. ;-p And

the Turks know how to serve .. like the typical English butler, they see

no shame in serving with a smile .. and the word NO is never heard .. if

you go to a restaurant and want something they don't have on the menu,

the boss will send a worker out to the market to get it and prepare it.

 

Like I said .. big fish .. little pond. ;-)

OK .. not sure what I'm sposed to be putting on but I reckon I got one
