This should encourage you to pracice more Qgong instead of western exercise. The following breathing exercise may help eliminate and prevent heart attacks due to abnormal electrical events to the heart. Breath through the nose using normal (r abdominal or diaphragmatic) brething. Do a slow inspiration for 20 seconds, breath retention for 20 seconds, and slow expiration for 20 seconds, for 31 consecutive minutes. Start very slowly at your own level and breath in 5 secondcs, hold for 5 seconds and breath out 5 seconds. Gradually increase the time - don't strain.
