Dear Doc,

The theory I heard was that once the parasite was in the body

that Artemsia annua prevented or greatly slowed the replication of the

parasites within the blood cells. Thus slowing or minimising the

illness. I haven't seen any hard research on this though.

Hola Lorraine,

 

I have seen some WHO literature on this. This however

is the action of most of the preventative treatments

and an argument for the use of artemesia as

prohylaxis.

I was asking Eric for imformation to support his

assertion to the contrary.
