Guest guest
I don't know what happened when i sent this to the list, but let me try again; Tieh Tah - PinYin Dieh Dah- is literally " fall and hit " medicine - or as Sifu Chen called it " medicine for someone who has been thrown down with force and hit with a fist or rod " . Tieh Tah is the medicine that arises from the study of Martial Arts. This is where i began in my studies of TCM, with the practice of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts. I was fascinated as a kid watching as Sifu would tend to the inevitable small injuries by pressing a point or applying needles,Mei Wah Tsom, moxa, cupping or one of his many Tieh Tah Jow Sifu often pointed out that " the true Martial Artist has the ability to heal or kill. The skills for one can be applied to either. " " A Martial Artist who can not heal his own and other's injuries is a man standing on only one leg, he is out of balance. " Hope that is what you are looking for. Doc I am only one; but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something; I will not refuse to do the something I can do. - Helen Keller Discover Get on-the-go sports scores, stock quotes, news and more.
