direct moxa video

A while back the idea for a direct moxa video was bandied about.

Deference was given to Ikeda Masakazu Sensei and his then about to be

released DVD. I have viewed it and found it masterful but

fragmented. I still think that a video demonstrating an entire

treatment would be usefull to demonstrate the rhythm. I believe

Kampo36 is teaching a seminar. Will a video be made available?

thanks for your interest.

 

i'm not sure which seminar you mean; i did a presentation

specifically on moxibustion and fertility in April, which may have

been videotaped but i only did a very brief demonstration of various

techniques and point locations (the presentation was two hours

total, given as part of a larger symposium). if it was video'd, i

don't think it is available outside of the school at which it was

held (MCAOM in Minnesota).

 

i'll probably be doing a day-long seminar on Sawada-style

moxibustion treatment in the Fall or Winter, i suppose i could

arrange a taping but it would depend on the level of interest.

 

i'll post something here when i have a better idea about the date

involved.

of Vancouver B.C., he teaches fairly often around North America.

class is Nov 5 (Nov 6 is a class in Plus-Minus treatment, that is

magnets, Ion Pumping, Copper-Zinc, etc).
