Does anyone know the (potential) impact of SB 233, especially as

concerns the amendment concerning a TCM practitioner's ability to

diagnose according to an Allopathic framework?

CSOMA has sent a mailer which essentially states this could be the end

of insurance billing for TCM (but, of course, they did nothing to

prevent it, as they have no lobby or force of any kind in Sacramento as

opposed to chiro which still has workers comp because they do in fact

have a lobby), but it is not clear due to the wording of the bill.

I know that most on this list are not in California, but the

implications have a national impact as well so would do well that all of

us become aware of the bill.
