Guest guest
I have a new patient who has come with a diagnosis of vulvodynia. The symptoms are 'chronic vulvar discomfort often described by burning, stinging or rawness' according to the International Society for the Study of Vulval Disease. I am treating it as Damp Heat, and it is responding. I wonder if anyone has any experience of this and can throw a few ideas my way. Guest guest
Mike, I recommend the use of Lucas paw paw ointment, Australian over the counter ointment, for any vulva discomfort during urination. It water proofs the area allowing for pain free urination... just a thought.
