Although Univ Technol Sydney has a better rating, I'd prefer Vut for its other

HI Steve,

 

Although I have not studied at either UTS or VUT personally, I have

studied with many students from both these institutions that left and

crossed to the degree I was studying and they had strong reasons for

doing so and were very glad they did in the end.
