Hi all, Gye,

If we have the energetic flow of Qi according to the Sheng Cycle (Fire to Earth

to Metal...) why we also have the other Qi flow Lung to Colon to Stomach to

Spleen to Heart to Small Intestine to Bladder to Kidney to Heart Protector to

Three Heater to Gall Bladder to Liver....

It is difficult to think about disease putting both flow togetHer, isn't it?

Thanks in advance.

Here is a piece on Entry Exit Blocks derived from the Constitutional 5 Element

Acupuncture model. I hope it helps those who are interested,

It was also stated that wei qi is the most superficial flow which is

only half the facts. Wei qi also has a DEEP yin organ circulation at

night of 25 cycles(25 during the day in the yang). It then begins again

at BL1 in the early morning which wakes us up. This explains why points

such as BL62 Shenmai can help treat Insomnia as does regulating wei qi

in other ways.

Go to the Ling Shu and have a read.
