Guest guest
It was also stated that wei qi is the most superficial flow which is only half the facts. Wei qi also has a DEEP yin organ circulation at night of 25 cycles(25 during the day in the yang). It then begins again at BL1 in the early morning which wakes us up. This explains why points such as BL62 Shenmai can help treat Insomnia as does regulating wei qi in other ways. Go to the Ling Shu and have a read.
