What's the 5 E profile of the illness?

If this is not defined simply toning the K yin may not serve any purpose.

Some thoughts:

Very rare to have K yin become deficient all by itself.

In childhood there may be a LU Mother not nourishing.

In youth and manhood there may be a ST aggressing.

In middle age there may be a HT Aggressed in emotional turmoil.

In the past middle age there may be an Anxious LV backing up into K.

In senior age there may be a general qi deficiency because of horary count.

In all these cases a simple toning of K yin may not be harmful, it never is.

In all these cases a simple toning of K yin may yet leave the main issue

unresolved.

Thus, doing much one did little.

And if that were not done, one would have done much.

With regards

Dr. Arya Holmes.

Try the standard:

Liu Wei Di Huang Tang or Wan (decocted tea or pills);

easily gotten from any supplier or fellow

practitioner.
