Is anyone familiar with this moxa treatment to improve one's vision? And has

anyone practiced it with successful outcome?

For 30 successive days

12 thread sized to the middle of the dorsal middle joint of the middle finger

4 thread sized to the middle of the dorsal thumb joint

Turiya Hill, L.Ac.

Turiya:

These are indeed special acupoints that can help

reduce eye pain and red eyes, as well as a few more

illnesses. They may as well improve vision, but the

text does not explicitly say so.

Source is a Chinese book on special acupuncture points

published by the Science and Technology press. If you

need more info or citations, can do this tomorrow.

Moxa both points with 3-5 " corn-sized " units of moxa.

The first point you mention is closer to the knuckle

of the middle finger.

Regards, Jack

interesting. i hate doing direct moxa (too messy and lack of agility on my

part), but i'm willing to try it. i'm wondering if a group of us would like

to do a small informal sample study and see what kind of results we get?
