Jin Ying Zi? ½ðÓ£×Ó·ÛÄ© Cherokee Rose Fruit Supposed to tonify kidneys, see Wiseman and Ye. ginseng probably doesn't hurt. I took plain Jin Ying Zi in January, no ill effects.
