Guest guest
HI new patient 67yo female Very advanced rheumatoid arthritis. Off of Methotrexate for Left Cubital Nerve surgery (unsuccessful at five weeks post-op). Left pinkie pins and needles numb and whole hand increasingly drifting ulnar. Twenty-plus years history with steroids. The Kampo people seem to favour things like the Xiao Chai Hu and the Wu Ling. Have clinicians on this list seen good result this way and why doesn't Honso make this combo or at least offer Wu Ling San if it is such a clinical superstar? How do you tonify with out stimulating the immune system? Can you boost and suppress at the same time? Would Shiitake-dashi be contra-indicated, polysaccharide-wise? Clairity? Guest guest
In terms of acupuncture: This far out into the story resort to finding asymmetry in shoulder and setting that straight. If one shoulder is higher, the Dai of the other side is scrunched, and no amount of herbs will work. Work the kink out of the scapular muscles and 6 months worth of herbals will come up for free.
