Bad choice of words. I meant energetic in the non-linear measurable energetics of food. If someone lived off shredded wheat vs. an organic sourdough bread with the same number of kCal when burned down, I'm saying the sourdough bread is much healthier energetically. Shall we say it has more Qi? I'm stuck on words because I've used the energetic to mean quality for a while. I'm open to suggestions. regards, George
