Guest guest
Does anyone know of any good links to information on Chinese Dietary Therapy? And any decent books? Thanks, Angelo
Guest guest
Mr. D’alberto, Daverick Leggett’s book’s “Helping Ourselves” and “Recipes for Self-Healing” are quite good and practical imo, however not as such a TCM academic work (more info <http://www.meridianpress.net/> http://www.meridianpress.net/). A more thourough book on the topic with detailed, practical and useful information is Paul Pitchford’s “ Healing with Wholefoods – Oriental Traditions and Modern Nutrition. However Mr. Pitchford’s book is written with almost religious conviction - A little bit overmuch imo. Bob Flaws’ book “The Tao of Healthy Eating” is supposed be not too shabby.... If anyone knows of different books on TCM nutrition I would be interested to know too Hope this helps Best regards, Thomas Bøgedal Sørensen WHRDA Lic.
