Mr. D’alberto,

Daverick Leggett’s book’s “Helping Ourselves” and “Recipes for

Self-Healing” are quite good and practical imo, however not as such a

TCM academic work (more info <http://www.meridianpress.net/>

http://www.meridianpress.net/). A more thourough book on the topic with

detailed, practical and useful information is Paul Pitchford’s “ Healing

with Wholefoods – Oriental Traditions and Modern Nutrition. However Mr.

Pitchford’s book is written with almost religious conviction - A little

bit overmuch imo. Bob Flaws’ book “The Tao of Healthy Eating” is

supposed be not too shabby.... If anyone knows of different books on

TCM nutrition I would be interested to know too

Hope this helps

RE: Chinese Dietary Therapy

Does anyone know of any good links to information on Chinese Dietary

Therapy? And any decent books?

Thanks,
