Ideas for Childhood Tourette's

Hello all, I would appreciate any advice or recommendations for a 9

year old with Tourette's . He developed it at age 4 with many liver

blood deficiency signs (headaches floaters etc..) It has progressed

and his meds are not helping and have also resulted into many bouts

of vomiting (liver OA spleen). The case is complex and I am not sure

wether to hammer at the root (liver blood def possibly due to spleen

qi def) or go for the wind and phlegm that are the most presentable

level ....Any ideas, suggestions would be greatly appreciated....
