" This breakthrough in liberty came as a result of the persistent and very expensive legal pressure brought to bear on the government by Dr. Julian Whitaker, Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw and their able lawyers at Emord & Associates, P.C. The first amendment is always protection for non-commercial speech, and the first amendment does not protect you from civil action. Avery L.
