Guest guest
I have a question to this group about how each practitioner does their price structure. I know some people charge a simple office visit fee that is a flat rate for all services regardless of how long or how much is done. Others charge separately for each service and for blocks of time. Do you have a sense of how your patients prefer to pay? I know each of us is a little different in how we work with patients which makes generalizations about pricing difficult. Some give an intensive personalized hour with moxa, tui na, etc in addition to the acupuncture treatment. Others, on follow up visits, simply do the acupuncture treatment and let the patient " cook " . Some patients come for the whole experience and for balancing and relaxation, while others simply want their condition to improve and aren't interested in all the " fluff " especially if it costs them extra. I'm interested in the experiences and opinions of those who have been in practice for a while to get a feel of how I should work my pricing. (I tend to be more in the camp of the intensive personalized hour). Thank you! Chris
