Guest guest
A practical question: With new CPT-codes, possibly ABC codes, etc. are there any indications that this will result in changing the HCFA-1500 billing form in the foreseeable future? I'm running out of them and wonder if it's worth while to get a lot (discount), or just some.
Guest guest
If you want to use electronic versions of this you can access a fillable pdf form that I found at www.cigna.com . This has worked great and is nice. You will need to have adobe reader. I have found it works for my mac and also on windows. Hope this helps to save some time and money as you can reuse this once you save to desktop and its very professional looking. Later Mike W.
