When they begin to feel themselves sliding to make an appointment. Many patients come once a month to stay healthy. If I see a problem beginning I will get them in more often until they are stable and then back to their once a month program. PAtients swear they stay healthier, catch less colds and their stress does not have a chance to accumulate.
