I will ignore your arrogant tone and address your

latest misstatement of fact;

what happened in the 1994

landmark decision when the US Supreme Court ruled that

Interstate commerce

violations are in FACT Civil Rights violations.<

My Attorney who is an ACLU Constitutional lawyer says

that the case you reference very narrowly defined

Interstate Commerce as it applies to accommodations,

and workers rights.

>The real debate focused on the reach of Congress'

power under the Commerce Clause. For most of the 20th

century, the court gave a liberal interpretation to

this provision that allowed federal regulation of the

workplace, the environment and civil rights.

The landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964, which barred

discrimination against blacks in jobs, hotels and

other public businesses, was upheld by the Supreme

Court as a regulation of interstate commerce. But more

recently, the neo con majority has said it will not

allow Congress to regulate virtually anything on the

theory that it might affect commerce. <

>Are you man enough to post the

apology and admit that neither you nor those advising

you know what the heck

they are talking about? <

I will ignore the sexism of your remark and ask if you

are too much of a demagogue to make such an honest

statement of apology for your numerous mis-statements

of the facts?

Here is the rest of your rant;

>Oh I see..a trial attorney. No wonder...an attorney

who specializes in

dueling (building a clients bill) and not the finer

points of Law especially NOT

Consitutional Law.<

As i said he is an ACLU lawyer who has in fact argued

before the US Supreme Court (once on my behalf) and he

mostly works pro bono

Oh and that is Dr Doc to you!

Dr R S Doc Rosen OMD, DAc, LAc, FNAAOM, FAAC, etc

BTW off list several folks have asked me my

involvement in the AAOM. After about 15 years as a

member I walked away from the AAOM and was a founder

of the Alliance. I am a member of the Alliance but

have chosen to never run for any office.
